This post lives at content/posts/notes/first-note.mdoc, so the URL is /notes/first-note. The folder it sits in becomes a tag, which is why notes appears below even though it is not in the tag list.

Headings set the structure

An H2 carries a rule above it, so sections are visible while scrolling rather than only while reading.

H3 is a step down

And an H4 is a label rather than a smaller heading — same family, case and tracking as every other piece of metadata on the site.
